Madeira Canyon, while not technically part of the Anthem master plan, is often considered part of Anthem. Madeira Canyon is perched atop the highest point of the southern foothills with about 1400 total residences. The gem of Madeira Canyon is another private guard gated community, The Club at Madeira Canyon, with approximately 500 residences. Home sizes range from approximately 2100 sf to 4800sf, and The Club at Madeira Canyon has its own fitness center, health spa, pool and tennis courts.
