When are refunds available?

Because our songs are personalized digital products that are generated instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the full song has been purchased and downloaded. However, we will provide a full refund in the following cases:

• Technical issues that prevent you from downloading or playing the full song.
• The song contains significant errors or doesn't match the details you provided.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors.

How to request a refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at hello@mylittleanthem.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
